we got the outdoor post lantern a few weeks ago and got it up next to the driveway close to the kitchen door, it is great in the evening to sit outside and not have to move around to get a light to come on, we also got a shimmering light to go inside of it, and it looks like one of those old timey post you see in the westerns or old movies where someone had to go around and light up all of the street lights, and the glass being frosted it is just stunning. we love it.... The lamp is very nice looking, but there are a few problems with it. Many of the glass panels had chips along the edges, but they are concealed by the frame once they were put in. The mounting screws for the top to attach to the bottom are extremely small and easy to drop! Once assembled and installed, the top wobbles somewhat when touched by hand. I don’t know how it will react to strong wind!. Susan. Williamsburg, VA. Wed Sep 15 2021
