I ordered this for my Hearth Room. The walls are painted Reynard (a medium terra cotta) and my fireplace and bordering shelves are painted Iron Ore. The floors are a mixed terracotta tile. The rug itself looks similar to the page photos, except the blues are brighter in the rug I received. Maybe they will tone down over time. It is the right thickness (it is thin) and the size works. I'm not thrilled with it but it was my imperfect design choice. Wayfair's return policy requires the buyer to pay return shipping, which would be likely half the cost of the rug and that IF I could get it back in the overtight plastic packaging and tape it up. So, maybe it will grow on me. I think it will look better to me when sunlight from 4 large west facing windows isn't lighting the room so brightly. It should look better in a warm evening light.. The rug is very nice - good quality and colors are accurately pictured. However, the size listed is incorrect. I ordered the 6’7” x 9’, but the size is actually 6’7” x 10’2”. If I could rate the rug and Wayfair separately for this item, I would give the rug 5 stars and Wayfair 1 - not only was the listing wrong but so was the customer service agent who assured me that the size would be 9’ (9’2” with the fringe).. I ordered this for my Hearth Room. The walls are painted Reynard (a medium terra cotta) and my fireplace and bordering shelves are painted Iron Ore. The floors are a mixed terracotta tile. The rug itself looks similar to the page photos, except the blues are brighter in the rug I received. Maybe they will tone down over time. It is the right thickness (it is thin) and the size works. I'm not thrilled with it but it was my imperfect design choice. Wayfair's return policy requires the buyer to pay return shipping, which would be likely half the cost of the rug and that IF I could get it back in the overtight plastic packaging and tape it up. So, maybe it will grow on me. I think it will look better to me when sunlight from 4 large west facing windows isn't lighting the room so brightly. It should look better in a warm evening light..
