Elegant yet lightheartedly playful, this bed is donned in an amiable finish hand-applied to burnish over the many layers of stains and finishes that are manually rubbed on, providing depth and character to this traditional group

As an interior designer of many years, was skeptical about the product and the quality. The bed is listed as a gold finish...... which is totally untrue. THE BED IS A SILVER FINISH WITH A WASH OF PALE GOLD ON THE EMBELLISHMENTS. The bed is stunning in person, from the champagne faux leather tufting, overall design and construction. The bed is heavy and seems well made. I'm very picky and hard to please, and this bed exceeded my expectations. Very regal and elegant. Highly encourage you to purchase this lovely bed. Delivery company was amazing, drivers very helpful and polite.. Stephanie. US. Sat Nov 12 2022

This bed harmonizes traditional details with functional design to accommodate today's styles. The bed features vintage white veneers, curved panel headboard, button tufted headboard/footboard, crown, and raised scrolled work ornamental trim and hand-carved style wood drawer overlays throughout all case pieces. It will be a great addition to your home.

I saw the Welling bedroom set and I just had to have it. I have looked at sets for years, but this was the one!! It is a very detailed set with a French style front, English back and with a Bombay curved shape. It is truly a luxurious and stunning design. It is oversized furniture so it takes up a fair amount of room. The top drawer in each piece is lined with felt. It has side metal drawer glides, scrolled legs with carvings, and antique pull-ring handles. The drawers have dovetailed drawers for sturdiness. Now for the Bed…. They were out of the Welling Brand Bed so I saw that this Glendo was the same bed so I ordered it. I wanted to explain the positives of the set at the beginning of the review. This vintage bedroom set really makes a statement and this bed is the piece de resistance of the set. The bed has an arched headboard with beautiful carved wood designs around the edges. The wood is scored and rubbed to give it a distressed look. The footboard dips downward instead of arching and has the same floral carvings. On both there is beautiful button tufting with upholstery material that is an antique white color polyester blend. It is a fair amount of work to assemble the bed so you definitely need 2-3 people to get it accomplished. You will need a box spring and mattress for this set. There is an 8” clearance under the bed. The overall weight capacity is 650 lb. for the king size bed. The Headboard is 88.98” W x 89.25” L and the Footboard height is 30.24”. The overall height is 75.6” and it weighs 220 lbs. The footboard had a scrape and 2 areas lacking in paint. So Wayfair offered to replace it or give a 20% discount. They are very good with their customer service! That's why I always order from Wayfair.. Suzann. Clayton, NC. Mon Oct 18 2021

This fully padded velvet bedroom set is visually stunning, including beautiful channel tufting and contrasting welted trim arched head and footboards. Upholstered case goods maintain the ambiance of this chic bedroom. Incorporating padded fronts, tapered chrome legs, single crystal-like pull knob buttons as well as glide side metal rails, and reinforced English dovetail joints. These offer abundant storage space to keep your new room clutter-free.

I have been searching and waiting to find the right bed for my style and after a long time I found this gorgeous bed. It was an open box deal that fit my budget and I pulled the trigger! The delivery and assembly was amazing! The hot guys brought it in and put it together for me in record time! Literally 10mins and they even tossed the old box spring and frame as well as the boxes out for me! The bed is a deep jewel tone blue. It’s soft to touch. I found myself petting my bed frame! The stones are not clear but almost have a black shade but they match my vibe and look great. I like how stubble it is. It is a very heavy bed! The height without the box spring is perfect for me as well and there is space under the bed to store things. This is a great bed and worth every penny!. Amani. Columbus, OH. Sat Jan 13 2024
