Incredible packaging, everything you need in the box EXCEPT a masonry bit to drill two holes through your tile to mount the lower portion of the rod assembly. The shower system works as advertised with an easy-to-reach accessible control valve to direct the water flow to either the overhead rain head or the handheld head. We had a previous system that had that feature, but the control valve was located way up by the shower head making it difficult for my elderly father to reach.
