Only issue was that the dimensions were incorrect and instructions for contractor were also incorrect. Took 2 additional days for the install, original framed out space, was too large and had to be reframed and drywall had to be patched and textured. No lip on this item. Real pain for the contractor, and delayed construction by 2 additional days, and of course, more $ for me. Don't trust Chinese measurements. This DeAndre Tri-View Medicine cabin is a rare gem. Hard to find a small tri-view medicine cabinet where the sides open inward for a wide angle view. That was the main reason for my purchaaw. Not made of solid wood or metal but good build quality. Beveled mirror and soft close hinges are well designed. The pressboard back should be upgraded. Arrived well packed and easy to assemble.
