This is a beautiful ceiling fan for my living room! I decided to change out the fan from a white one to black. It is very attractive and has great fan speeds. The LED light is integrated and gives off a warm glow. If you are looking for something brighter, you might want a different light that gives off more than 3000k, but for us I'm sure it will work. It takes about an hour to install, but make sure that you buy your downrod ahead of time. We needed a 36 inch rod, with a matt black finish. Overall, I am happy with this product.. Linda. Love this fan! We needed something to suit our living room with a 24 ft high ceiling, and this fan is absolutely perfect. We had to erect scaffolding for the fan to be installed, but it was worth the effort. The circulation of cool air is amazing with the 6 speed remote control and 10 blades. The light is also a bonus and makes a huge difference as our old fan had only 4 blades and no light. Easy to assemble, the hardest part was taking down the old one!!
