While the bottom could home a pc, I was advised against for gpu performance reasons, but you totally could if you wanted to with the hole for cords in the back. there is a shelf that sits in there that I took out in the picture.. We really like the look of this desk and how it ended up once assembled. It is sturdy and durable. I would have given it 5 stars except it was really a challenge to assemble.
