Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. Scrubbing with an abrasive sponge or wire pads will cause scratches on the plastic. I’ve had it for a few years and use it religiously everyday and it’s still brewing strong. I have an entertainment center made by the same brand that is amazing so I figured I would give this a chance and it did not disappoint. It is very sturdy and I love the color of the top. The only thing we did have to do is cutout the back where the refrigerator sits because it was not giving enough air circulation, so our refrigerator would not set itself to the coolest setting so our drinks were warm even after a week so until we finally removed the backing on that side is it able to regulate itself in our drinks are perfect.
