Nice bowls, but slightly different than the original French Countryside China. The design is the same, it’s just the detailed crevices aren’t as deep as the originals. Looks authentic, but it also looks like Mikasa might have changed the design slightly. Note: Wayfair did a terrible job packaging these bowls and over 3/4 of them were shattered inside the delivery box. There was no additional padding or insulation around the bowls themselves, just cardboard in between the bowls.. Michael. Riverside, CA. Fri Sep 04 2026

Timeless and beautiful! The French Perle set brings such quiet elegance to my table — the delicate beaded detailing around the edges looks far more expensive than it was, and the soft white glaze goes with absolutely everything. The plates are a generous size, the mugs feel wonderful in hand, and everything arrived perfectly packed with no chips or flaws. Its sturdy enough for everyday use but pretty enough for guests.
