Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles. The racks can be removed for storing larger design bottles or volume bottle styles such as magnums. The two stainless-steel lined drawers can store anything you normally would put in a refrigerator, even fruit at a higher temp to keep the flavor and juices ready for any beverage.

This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf. Just received this item today. It’s listed as 23.5in for height. My under counter fridge area is measured at 24in. When my husband and I were taking it out of the box, my heart was in my stomach because it was such a tight fit. I had to remove the 4 legs to make it fit. It looks fantastic and is pretty quiet.
