Middlebrook Santos Rustic Metal Queen Panel Bed

Sleek steel and sustainable bamboo come together in this platform bed to bring you the best of contemporary craftsmanship. A solid bamboo headboard highlights the wood’s natural grain, perfectly paired with a black metal frame for a modern, balanced look. Designed for both style and durability, bamboo offers an easy-to-maintain surface, while the sturdy steel base provides reliable support. Wide, closely spaced wooden slats create a stable foundation for any mattress without the need for a box spring, and non-slip tape helps reduce movement and noise. Thoughtfully packed with all the tools and instructions for quick assembly, this bed is built for effortless setup and lasting appeal.

This bed was phenomenally easy to assemble, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I really liked how this bed came with a ratcheted Allen key wrench and a regular Allen key, and I really appreciated that the hardware came in already organized for you in a cardboard blister, so you didn't have to dig around for it in a bag. Instructions were really straightforward and easy to follow, and they also linked a YouTube tutorial to make things easier in case if the graphics were not clear enough. The only major downside is that the under-bed clearance is less than 5", which can limit your storage space, but if you prefer your bed low to the ground, then this bed frame is perfect! If I had to nitpick, then I'd say that the wood parts of the bed have this very strong "new cabinet" smell, but I'm sure that will resolve itself over time. In conclusion, this bed has pretty great value to it because the build experience was very pleasant, the bed looks beautiful, and it's very budget friendly! Would definitely recommend, especially if you get it on sale :). Tim. CA. Wed Sep 23 2026

This bed blends industrial and rustic elements. The ample 12-inch clearance under the bed easily accommodates storage bins. The central support leg and slatted base provide sturdy support for the mattress (sold separately), eliminating the need for an additional box spring.

I’m impressed with this frame. I expected it to be kind of cheap and flimsy but it’s actually very sturdy and well made. The head and footboard are a nice neutral color. I really appreciate how it has cross supports going across the short and long edge of the bed. The one thing I don’t like is it doesn’t really have a lip to hold the mattress in place so there’s potential for it to slide around. It was easy to install with one person and overall I’m very happy.. Amanda. Norfolk, VA. Wed Feb 11 2026

This vintage-style heavy-duty steel bed frame combines aesthetic appeal with practical functionality. Featuring anti-sway and squeak-resistant design, it delivers stable and quiet sleep experience. With 3500 LBS weight capacity and no box spring needed, it's a cost-effective and durable choice for bedrooms, guest rooms, and vacation rentals.

Me and my husband put the bed together and we got it done in about an hour. Once together we realized that we needed a little more support for our foam mattress because the metal slats were not wide and had to much space between them to give good support. We just put the cardboard the frame came in on top of the frame and it worked great. The frame is very sturdy and i needed that support being over 200 lbs. It has plenty of space underneath for storage. It’s a great buy for the price.. Carolyn. US. Fri Aug 28 2026
