This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside. The chairs look more expensive! The wood tone is spot on although is not wood. I LOVE this chair. In all fairness, I must state that my husband hates it. He hates the color and he thinks the fabric looks like "cheap laminated junk". He also is a guy, so his home styling opinions don't really matter. This chair was super easy to assemble, the box was light enough that I could carry up the stairs on my own to the bedroom to assemble. Once assembled the first thing I did was curl up and take a little nap. It's very cozy. So far I've taken a nap in it, did my nails in it, blow dried my hair in it, played a few hours of a dumb game on my phone in it, snuggled with my dog while waiting for some company to leave the house... it's an all purpose chair. Its low, but thats what i love about it. I also love that my dog wont steal it because he hasn't laid in it by himself yet, he only sits on it, or uses it as a step to hop onto the bed. Because the seat isn't flat, but curved i think it throws him off. But thats great because I dont have to shew him out of it when I want to enjoy it. This is pretty much a lay-down chair, you can scoot the cushion up and pretend its a normal chair, but it's not ... get comfy and sink in. My dog did get in the chair and nab a bottled diet coke off of my night stand, bring it into the chair and proceed to open it with his teeth, which made the bottle completely empty into the seat of the chair, but i literally used paper towels to wipe it clean, and you would never know it even happened. It's lightweight enough to move around where you want it easily, but still feels very sturdy. Our bedroom is very versatile when it comes to colors, so the chair fits in fine, even though my husband hates the color. Great buying experience !!! I couldn’t be more pleased. I bought two of these in the light gray for my living room. They shipped via FEDEX and they actually arrived a day earlier than was initially indicated. They are very well package. ( two boxes for each chair, so I got four boxes total They ship the two arms in one box, and they put the base, back, and back cushion in the Assembly was very straightforward. Took me about an hour to complete both chairs ( about 30 minutes each ). The seat is a very good firmness-though I suspect it will get softer as it gets more broken-in. But honestly i like a good firmness seat cushion like this. The light gray color is pretty true to the ad photos, and the fabric itself has a good feel to it. It’s a smooth easy comforting feel.
