This desk is really beautiful and incredibly easy to assemble. It does require 2 people though bc the tabletop is solid wood. Very heavy. I also didn’t realize that the one end of the table does not attach the the lower part. It just rests on top it basically uses its own weight and it stays put. The only issue I had is shipping. Wayfair said it would deliver in 2 days. I then get an email saying the dimensions are too big for FedEx so it had to ship freight and it took 2 weeks instead of the 2 days like their website said. This is absolutely a stunning piece! The quality is excellent, and I love the color and style. It easily holds my 47-inch monitor along with another 32-inch monitor. It is very sturdy and feels like real wood. The description says manufactured wood, but it truly looks and feels like real wood, even my husband agreed. It also has great storage, and I love that I can keep my UPS tucked away and hidden in the little nook at the bottom. The wireless charger is a nice feature, although I probably will not use it since my monitors are so large that it ends up completely underneath the screen. I still highly recommend this product. This desk is even better than I expected! It’s very sturdy and feels like hard wood (not a scrap of veneer in sight!) and is a perfect little writing desk. It’s going in our guest room so it’ll get light use but it’s definitely up to the challenge for daily use. The wood is similar in tone and texture to butcher block but adds good warmth to the room.
