The only issues I had were that the arms were a bit loose and required taking part of the fixture apart to tighten them, and that the hot/neutral wires are only marked at the end—for shorter installations you have to visually trace the wires and label before trimming them down.. I was so excited to get this chandelier. My husband put it up but it needs to be at least another two feet lower. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they don’t have extra rods to send. As far as the light goes it was made very well (that’s why I gave 5 starts) but unfortunately if you have really high ceilings it won’t work.
