It's very delicate since the glass has a thread made out of glass which fit the bulb housing, so be very gentle when you install it or you'll break it. The only issues I had were that the arms were a bit loose and required taking part of the fixture apart to tighten them, and that the hot/neutral wires are only marked at the end—for shorter installations you have to visually trace the wires and label before trimming them down..
