The support beam across the front of the sofa was damaged but I was able to make the huge dent point to the back and up so no one will be able to see it. I love the mid century vibes. I got this and the loveseat. The cushions are firm. I hope they stay that way. There is no neck support and the couch could slide a bit if it's on hardwood, so keep that in mind. I placed the couch against the wall to remedy the no neck and prevent sliding. I would give more starts for this if I could. The material looks so expensive and very clean and neat. The chair was assembled by two people in less than 30 minutes, so not a project at all. The cushions need 72 hours or more to completely fill out so this is the first picture right after putting it together and I feel confident the looser areas will fill out.
