I really like the concept of this mid-century piece however there are a lot of issues with putting it together and getting things to align. Super heavy to set up but makes all parts are sturdy. Padding on headboard is comfortable. There are little foam cushions adhered to the top of the headboard instead of the bottom. The bed looks exactly as pictured online. Assembly is tedious intakes quite some time. One thing to note is the shelf on either side is not actually Wood. It is some type of hard material but it is covered with a padded vinyl wood grain look.
