I am shocked and delighted!! I had no idea what to expect, but I made dinner in my Lekue Steam Cooker. I sliced a potatoe, added olive oil and seasoning and a splash of water. Then I precooked it for 4 minutes. Then I placed a 4 oz frozen salmon fillet on top of the potatoes. Seasoned it and put it back in the microwave for 4 minutes. I checked it at 2.5 minutes and it was already done. Salmon was cooked perfectly...moist, full of flavor and literally falling apart. The potatoes were beautifully cooked as well. I am so excited...this method was better (and faster) than my air fryer!!. Robin. Buffalo, New York. Wed Aug 20 2025

This steamer works very well. We’ve steamed veggies, dumplings, marinated fish, and frozen berries into a fruit compote. Everything steamed just the right amount. The water sits below the steaming tray and the food stays above it, which is well designed. Very useful for fast cooking. Benjamin. Oxnard, CA. Sat Oct 03 2026
