I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. Many Lean Grill Pan fans use it for crispier & leaner bacon or longer cuts like strip steaks or salmon fillets.
