I have ordered Costway mini splits before great units. Wayfair did great so far the first condenser arrived damaged on ports idea sent pictures and wayfair sent me a replacement But the new unit arrived slightly dented in front by cooling fan but needed to have unit installed had HVAC tech waiting to install. But would of given 5 stars if the replacement unit wasn't slightly damaged. Only concern is that it might of had damaged inside unit bit time will tell.. Garry. Fri Aug 16 2024
