The decal comes in separate pieces/parts, multiple colored decals may have alignment markers for easy application. The decal can be applied to any clean, smooth and flat surface. Put them on your walls, doors, windows - anywhere you want! All design decal is computer die-cut, so there are no backgrounds included. The decal peels off of walls easily, typically without damaging the paint. However, different paint finishes or walls condition could require touch-ups after the decal is removed.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandson's room. I will not be the person applying this decal.I assume that the letters to read "KAI'S ROOM" are peeled off the sheet that came with the "bear", and once he is "transferred", are centred and just stuck directly onto the wall. I will be notifying you if there is a problem with the transfer or peeling off the letters. He is adorable and expensive. I hope this works out.
