I ordered the 22" with feather insert, which was expensive but it's a very nice pillow. It took a while to arrive and came in a plastic bag - I guess I was expecting a box due to the expense, but it arrived in good condition. As others have stated, the color is a little more pinkish than shown and I've tried to show photos more representive of what I received, but then again, monitors vary. Marly is linen velvet, woven in four chains on complex looms featuring a lush, all-over foliage design. The light relief effect is created by the different methods of treating the velvet: cut and uncut. The fabric is particularly suitable for upholstery. This velvet is inspired by the tapestry "verdure" of the period and named after Louis XIV’s preferred castle located near Paris. The landscape architect for Château de Marly had created paths through the woods lined by trellis in order to contain the exuberance of the robust trees that filled the grounds. Pulling inspiration from these wonderful woods and tapestries of the time, Colony created the beloved Marly design. Marly is in a coordinating linen blend fabric and is offered in sophisticated, two-earth tone colorways.
