I was so excited to receive these lovely bowls, especially since I didn't purchase any dishes with lemons while traveling to Sicily. They are a perfect size (8.8" wide and .75" deep) for serving pasta and other bowl type recipes. We eat outside on the patio so having nice dishes for outside use is a plus. They are melamine, dishwasher safe, BPA free (important), chip resistant and good for reheating in the microwave. There are six to a case, perfect for a small dinner group.
