This polish pottery saucer was handmade and hand-decorated in Boleslawiec, Poland by skilled artisans according to old traditional methods. All Polish stoneware is microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and oven safe up to 480°F. It does not contain lead or cadmium.

This traditional Mexican pottery is crafted and hand-painted by artisans in Mexico using traditional pottery technique. Each piece is highly textured and unique. These pieces are gorgeous, yet very functional. Due to the hand-crafted nature, each piece may have slight variances in size or design. These nuances add to the beauty of the product. Lead-free, dishwasher and are microwave safe.

I really like the artisan touch on these Camargue Handmade 12 dinner plates! The raised paint strokes makes you realize these took time and effort to make. They are solid and have some weight. The size is great for big meals or meals from a grill. The one thing that is a con in my opinion is when these were painted on the backside, the mechanism used to hold the plates while being painted leaves a gap or space where the paint does not appear on the back on both plates, so it looks a tad uncompleted on the back. This does not affect the appearance on the front, which is where you can see when using them though. I ordered this a few months ago along with one other, but just different colors. The 1st 2 that were shipped to me were in pieces when I got it. So today I was pleasantly surprised when the 3rd one shipped completely in tacked. When I compared this one to two others I have, discovered that the ceramic is very thin compared to the others. This is probably the reason these broke during shipping. Wayfair was great during this process. Shipping the broken ones back was not very convenient, I thought a picture showing the planter was broken would have been enough.
