This product is made for custom frames. This product is used for commercial industries and markets in resorts, restaurants, and stores. Also, used by individuals and homeowners or themed into convention & trade show booths, or point of purchase merchandise sales displays. These covers are easily tossed over your existing frames and can be held down with zip ties, wires, or heavy-duty staples. These are not 100% waterproof and can be installed on a solid roof, or using two layers with roofing paper in between. The lifespan of any palm thatch varies depending on the environment.

I am extremely happy with this purchase. I bought this as a replacement for my Paradise Grills Tiki Bar because after 3 years, it was time for a new one. The Paradise Grills top is about 200 lbs and needs several people to install it, plus the price point is at least 5x the cost of this one, so I decided to give this one a try — and I am very happy that I did. The quality is really great and only 54 lbs so I was able to get my husband to put it on top and I was able to roll it out myself. The look of this one is very authentic and it makes my tiki bar look more rustic, which I prefer over the synthetic top I had before.
