The pre-drilled holes for the left side door handle were drilled improperly. It should be 2.5" between the drilled holes but it's 2.75" on the left side door. If I use the top hole for mounting the handle, then it's higher than the right handle and there's a visible hole on the bottom. If I use the bottom hole, then it's too far down. (See photo.) Fairly easy to assemble; it took me about an hour. I'm currently waiting to hear back from Wayfair after they contact the manufacturer to have a replacement door sent to me. FYI - this title says 43", but the description on the page (and pictures) said 63" -- and that is what I both wanted and received. I wanted this specifically for its depth - so many entertainment centers are only 15.5" deep, needed something that accommodated my larger record player. This was perfect and the walnut color I ordered is beautiful. The box that arrives is very large and heavy (only the iron legs need assembly) so be prepared. Even with a dolly this should be a 2 person job. That said, everything arrived in good condition and was beautiful. The legs are easy to assemble, the sliding doors are a little tricky to unlock, but work well after. The entire TV stand left me with a lot to be desired. The colour is completely off from the advertisement, the fit and finish is terrible. The left side of the tv stand, as pictured, was completely bowed. I had to tighten the side as much as possible without breaking the soft low quality wood that was used. The finish on the wood is entirely inconsistent and will scratch very easily. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the product especially for 300. I’m not sure I trust this to even hold my TV. If the is thing wasn’t so awesome I’d have taken a star. It’s as awesome IRL as the photos. However it’s a two man job to build it, and it came with ZERO instructions, not even a parts list! Lovely piece of furniture. It really matches well if you’re going for an MCM design aesthetic. It feels like a sturdy piece of furniture. The coloring of the wood is consistent throughout. I don’t recall if this was mentioned in the product description or not but the door slides horizontally, a groove track rather than being a traditional “pull open” door. I was able to put it together on my own under two hours. One issue that I did have was actually with the hardware. The piece and the instructions labeled “BB” is very hard to get in place and brakes very easily. It is meant to lock screws, however, if the screws are slightly angled or there happens to be splinters of wood in the holes, then this screw will not function properly. The rods that are included were also too small for the holes, which was a pain when trying to line up and put together pieces of the furniture. Something is also slightly off with the sizing or alignment of some of the pieces possibly because of the depths of the screws or the locking screw breaking, but there is a slight gap between front face piece and the top of the TV stand.
