The first cabinet I received had dents in several parts (1 pic included in this review.) I called wayfair they sent me out a whole new cabinet. I have never had a problem with Wayfair customer Service. They are genuinely interested in helping making sure you are pleased with the product you receive. They have always readily replaced a damaged or defective item Im happy to say this still holds true after years of purchasing from them I did not have to repack the dented cabinet, which would have been impossible, they told me to just throw it out. Once I put the cabinet together I loved it. Looks great is very functional for my intended use which is my art room. My husband cant believe how good it looks how it looks like wood. I included one picture of the inside screws that fasten the sides to the back because I had trouble seeing the holes and which way the sides fastened on. Once I figured it out turned the sides opposite the way I had them the whole thing went together quickly. I decided on this cabinet because of the positive reviews, and am so glad I did! I purchased two, and they are well built, there was no damage, and assembly was straightforward. My son (who is a licensed builder) put the first one together in 1 hour, and the second in 30 minutes. Using a power tool for the screws made it go quite quickly. My son was quite familiar with these types of hinges so didn’t have any trouble, but there are instructions as to how to adjust these to get proper closure of the doors. Thanks also to Prepac for including extra hardware - I have put together similar items in which much time was wasted looking for similar nails or screws because not enough was included. Arrived as promised. Not too difficult to assemble. The biggest issue for me was having to bend the feet. Not a friendly process for the elbows, hands, and wrists - for those of us without the necessary tools to bend metal. The magnets that hold the doors could be a bit 'beefier'. I've adjusted the cabinet a few times and checked with my level, but the door on the right doesn't stay closed - it's a bit ajar. I started assembling this cabinet and noticed that the part labeled D has a large dent. Its frustrating to open a new package and discover a damaged part, especially after beginning the assembly process. Since putting this cabinet together isnt a simple task, Im now unsure whether I should continue or stop in case the damaged piece affects the finished product.
