This is Lupita, an escape artist disguised as a spunky mini schnauzer. She had managed to wedge her way out of any tiny gap in our fence. Long story short, we ended up replacing an entire back fence to keep her in our yard....which didn’t work! She managed to wedge through the new fence. Our fence was lined with rocks and stones in an attempt to keep her in but she still dug around them UNTIL...my husband found this!!!! I hammered them in to all of the areas she was wedging through and she has not gotten out of our yard since! Simply amazing! I would definitely recommend it. We had a lot of barriers left over, but will be using them on other yards where she spends time, like my in-laws yard. They are barely visible so the yard looks nice...all rocks and stone are now gone!. Lissett. Benbrook, TX. Thu Nov 19 2020

Great investment in protecting my flock of ducks from nocturnal predators. I installed the XL Animal Barrier around my walk-in duck cage about 1 year ago. So far theres been no successful nocturnal predator intrusions. Very heavy duty and I was able to push the long tines through my hardware cloth ground barrier (apron). Definitely a good investment.. My toolshed has space underneath where my dog can crawl under. These animal barrier fence pieces did the job...he can't dig through them. Also, waited until after it rained to put them in the ground...much easier that way. Also tacked top with a screw to keep them from bending over. By the way, my dog is an 85 lb 15 month old black labrodor retriever...very strong. Billy. Cleveland, TN. Thu Sep 10 2026

Is your dog going through your wrought iron, aluminum, or wood fence? We have a simple solution without using an unsightly barrier or unnecessary shock collars. These types of fences were not designed with smaller dogs in mind. With the Dog Proofer fence barrier kit, you can quickly and easily create a long-lasting barrier around your fence. Made of black powder-coated galvanized heavy gauge wire the barrier tends to work well for smaller dogs with limited jumping ability. The welded wire squares are 1.75" x 1.75" so your dog cannot get through it, but so that you and your pet can easily see through it. The welded wire can also be trimmed to accommodate certain heights or to work around obstructions in the fence line. This quick fix for your dog getting through your fence is installed easily with only a pair of heavy-duty snips aviation snips/tin snips and fasteners appropriate for your fence type see more about that below.

We absolutely love this, super sturdy and perfect for our pup. Lindsay. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Aug 23 2026

The patented dog-proofer fence extension system is the most effective solution available today for modifying existing fencing to stop larger animals such as dogs, coyotes, foxes, etc. From climbing and/or jumping over a fence. The fence extensions allow you to add up to 2 feet of additional height to your existing fence made from wood, chain link, brick, block, vinyl/PVC, or metal. In addition, their proprietary design is custom-engineered to force your dog (or intruder animal) to climb the fence. Once they reach the edge of the arm, they are unable to plant their back feet (which is how these animals derive their strength to climb) which makes them dangle for a time before giving up and falling back to the ground. Dogs and large predators alike do not have the front leg muscles to pull their weight vertically without the use of their hind legs. Kit includes components to outfit approximately 100 linear feet of fencing. The number of corners and gates may require additional components. (1) 4' x 100' black industrial poly fence roll (600lb break strength) (12) galvanized and powder-coated Houdini-proof dog fence extension arms (2) 120lb test heavy-duty black zip ties - bag (100) no fasteners to hold fence extenders to posts are included due to the wide variety of fencing types and materials.

These don’t come with the screws yoh need to connect to your fence- 38” worked for us. The mesh can be a bit difficult to attach but when done- our escape artist is contained! Worth the money. You can also buy additional arms directly from the manufacturer if you get the set and just need a few more arms.. Anonymous. Sun Jun 29 2025

Introducing the Dig Defence Animal Barrier, the perfect solution for safeguarding your garden and property from unwanted animal intrusions. Tired of seeing your hard work destroyed by rabbits, deer, or other critters? Look no further! Our durable, effective, and easy-to-install fence will keep these nuisances at bay, allowing your garden to flourish.

Solid and durable. It handled repeated hard blows from the included mallet and a wood block without any problems. I cut a few sections with an angle grinder to fit my needs, though a hacksaw would also work. The zip ties feel a little flimsy, but aside from that, I’m very satisfied.. Fbatula. New Jersey. Each panel measures 24"W x 15"H and features 15 vertical pickets with angled pointed ends for easy ground installation. The reinforced wave-shaped structure improves stability, helping prevent dogs and rabbits from digging out while deterring groundhogs, raccoons, and other animals from entering and damaging gardens, yards, and poultry areas. We have moved into a new-to-us home with vinyl fencing surrounding the back yard.  There are some places where the bottom of the fence is higher than the ground. Because we would like to have a dog, those areas need to be secure from digging. We had wondered how to make that happen in the best way, and when I saw these I knew that they would be perfect for that particular project! Once installed, we can bring the dirt up to the level of the fence bottom. Because temperatures have been in the 90-100 degree range and we are older folks, my hubby has not yet been able to start on the installation project. It will happen when things cool down which, in Southern California, may be awhile yet! I can post more pictures to show how we used these barriers once they have been put into place.. Jani.
