The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. Then you screw the handle on. They give you an Allen key to screw the handle on and it’s big and awkward and very frustrating to do. I just used my little hand drill. The leather is a true chocolate, brown, glossy soft and supple beautifully made aesthetically pleasing looks very modernized and the silver long handle complements it. The back is very thick and flush, which is nice. I am 5ft 4 and I have a ton of room on this chair in my feet. Don’t even touch the ground. The only thing that I don’t like is how low the handle is again I’m small and petite and I can barely reach the handle. I have to lean over the chair. Other than that, I have no issues. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. Good quality. I put it together by myself (I'm 5"3, 130lb) in two days. Just reed the instructions carefully, and yes, everything in the instructions, step by step. I live in Florida, and this particular thickness of the metal was a right choice. Taking to consideration the weather temperature (105F in the summer), it's very convenient to store my garden supplies and tools. Between hard wind and high temperature, the metal doesn't deform, the paint is attached. I was able to anchored it tho the concrete base due to the aluminum mesh that was provided.
