I compared these from many places and decided to buy from Wayfair because of cost, and Ive bought from Wayfair many times before (and have had hot and miss experiences, but if I actually get the item, it has been fine). They are nice looking and fairly sturdy, although they fell over in a windstorm, despite the metal stakes that come with them. The biggest problem is that I think the reddish brown color just does not exist. I got what looks like the brown color. The boxes say reddish brown, but that is clearly not what they are. I saw reviews elsewhere that said the same thing. I paid more for the color I wanted and didnt get it. These are really nice privacy screens. They are a nice design and provide a nice amount of screening. The paint is plenty thick and has a nice powder coat finish to it, which helps in the protection of the paint. Transparent or semi-transparent exterior stains will maintain the natural wood look, while solid stains will cover more of the natural wood grain. If the product goes longer than recommended without staining, it will need to be sanded and may require a semi-solid or solid stain. Our powder-coated aluminum posts prevent rusting and provide stability to your screen. This screen is no-dig and very easy to install without tearing up your yard or leaving large holes behind.

Installation was very easy, instructions are accurate. The wood is high quality but I suggest wearing gloves as the stain is very pungent when first opening the box. I had to dig a hole for the posts first as our ground is full of rocks. The metal posts are fragile and will bend and twist if your ground is not soft and has no rocks. Once installed, it is very stable and feels firmly in place. The strong smell went away after a couple hours outside. I’m purchasing a second one to extend it! Love this privacy fence!!. Tissa.
