Just what I needed! This was easy to assemble and it holds a lot of files. I keep my most used files on my desk in bins but they take up a lot of work space so this was the perfect solution. This is a nice little portable cart that works great to keep my most used files in reach. It was easy to assemble and fits perfectly next to my computer stand. The cart does have brakes on the back wheels, which is helpful. The drawers slide very easily in and out, but do not have any stops behind them. However this has not presented a problem so far. I just finished building my cart. Many reviews mentioned how bad the assembly instructions are; they’re right! But… after realizing the importance of attaching the shorter side pieces to the shelves before the longer ones, the process was much easier. The little white “plug” pieces only work if the bottoms are tight, not even a bit spread apart. I had only one set of holes that did not line up properly so I plan to drill them out. Purchased this in black. Arrived with great packaging. No scratches or dents. Not super thick or heavy metal but will work for my home office. I was not able to add the casters as the wheels added height and it would not fit under my desk. So there is about an inch or inch and a half gap between the top of the file cabinet and my desk. The only complaint I have is the top drawer does not pull out all the way. There are several inches of space at the back of the drawer that can't been seen. Seems like wasted space.
