I needed to upgrade our bunny's hutch and decided to go with this one. Upon opening the box, it had a strong smell that eventually gave me a headache, though this seems to be the case with previous ones from different stores. Right away, I took the roof outside and hosed it down to get rid of most of the loose shingles as they can create quite a mess, since I bought this for indoor use. I do like that the pieces are clearly labeled with a stamp instead of a sticker. However, the instructions could be better, as some parts were unclear and I had to redo them. I also found some of the construction a bit odd, like the spacing for one of the walls. Additionally, I don't like that there isn't a separation like a wire mesh to keep the bunny out of its litter, and I found it odd that the brakes were in the rear instead of the front—though maybe if I just turn the wheels a certain way, it won't be an issue. It's a decent cage but came with some screws that were not really ideal for putting it together. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it. Dimensions are accurate even though the set feels smaller than pictured. A couple drawbacks experienced were that some of the panel pieces came in warped, not bad but enough to deal with. A couple panels were also cracked with small pieces coming off. Overall could use a little design revision, but not a bad setup, just use it somewhere that it can be covered / protected from the elements as it will not survive multiple seasons fully exposed..
