This exceeded my expectations. We purchased this to store and display some of the Lego’s my son has put together over the years and to brighten up our newly finished basement. It looks so cool and the motion sensing light has the added benefit of lighting the steps into the basement without needing to go upstairs to hit the switch. It is a soft enough glow to not interrupt anyone’s need for darkness, while still illuminating the steps enough eyes to adjust to the darkness and since you can set it for motion sensing, it only remains on for a few moments. The only way this could be better is if it was made of real wood but then it'd cost too much. Easy instruction, easy build. What sucked was I was told though that the unit was already assembled and was assured twice that the unit did not come in packaging and that delivery drivers would bring in to the room. The drivers were very nice but it arrived in a huge box and I had shoulder surgery recently and was recovering . So it created a lot of needless drama where I had to get friends over to unpack and up and dow flights of stairs with cardboard and foam that got all over the carpet. Took 3 hours to get things together which was no fun after surgery. Also I had called twice and was assured of the delivery details. I would easily just got white glove but the saleswoman on the phone assured me it was not needed AKA incompetent workers. When I ordered this, I didn't look closely enough at the dimensions. This cabinet is huge. It is also very heavy. It is a good looking cabinet with tons of storage. It took me a while to get it built with a few snags along the way but it looks nice now that it's done. The lights make it look really good. The drawers are soft touch to open and they work perfectly. I struggled to get the doors adjusted evenly so decided close enough was good enough for me. All in all, I'm happy with this cabinet..
