They were incredibly thorough, specially wrapping all the edges and corners with hard wooden boards and covering the upholstery in plastic to ensure everything arrived in pristine condition without a single scratch. Although the manual suggests that assembly is a two-person job, I found the process surprisingly easy and managed to put it together all by myself in just about an hour. It was a very straightforward and stress-free experience. The highlight, however, is definitely the hammered texture.
