Constructed from steel, it features a slatted headboard and footboard that introduce an airy, open profile to your arrangement. Because the system includes its own steel slats, your mattress rests directly on the base to simplify your setup. The bed frame is simple but quite pretty and sturdy. The low profile footboard doesn’t cut into a small room - helps to keep it open. And there are two height choices. The taller choice allows for a nice space underneath for storage. The only thing I worry about is the plastic spacers that keep the crossbars for the platform in place. If a person needed to take the bed apart for any reason, I would worry that those spacers would wear out.. Michele. Harlingen, TX. Thu May 14 2026

Our beautiful cats taught me that upholstered headboards are just a canvas for their kitty claws to destroy. As such, I had to find a replacement that the smallest members of our family won't take as an open challenge. I've always loved metal bedframes for their simplicity and timelessness. This bedframe provided the perfect economical solution to our in house designer (destructor) problem. Bonus: it looks far more expensive than it is. It went together quickly (I built it by myself in less than an hour), the instructions were clear, and so far no squeaking. I'll report back should that change over time.. Michelle. Edison, NJ. Not heavy duty at all, didn’t even last 7 months. The center support wasn’t even welded all the way around. The center support snapped when my wife went to lay down. She fell and smacked her ankle on the frame on the way down. Without the center support, it’s a straight shot to the floor. The support ribs won’t do anything without it. Thankfully the mattress was much sturdier. Stay away from this product.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 11 2026
