Metal Bed Canopy Frame

This canopy bed infuses your main or guest bedroom with a sophisticated, classic style. The open frame is crafted from metal tubing and stands 72” high. We love that there is more than 12” of under-bed clearance, which is enough room for a couple of storage bins filled with seasonal apparel or extra bedding. This metal bed has sturdy slats that provide a solid foundation for your mattress. The system of slats eliminates the need for a box spring – simply top it with the standard mattress of your choice (sold separately). Besides, assembly is required, but from what we hear, it’s pretty straightforward.

Love, the fact that no boxspring was needed. Sits off the floor high enough to slide things underneath for storage. Now the mattress does slide left and right a bit, so looking for some type of grip, but definitely happy with this bed. Took about an hour and 45 minutes for my husband and I to put together.. The canopy bed is beautiful and was easy to assemble. The instructions included are accurate and easy to follow. I only knocked a star off because the top and bottom "F" pieces did not screw in on the left side of the bed because the screw holes didn't align properly. I even tried turning them around, flipping them upside down and swapping the places of the 2 bars, to no avail. But I just left the bars slotted into the brackets and I think it will be ok..they are just not secured with screws on that side of the bed. I absolutely LOVE my bed! Although, my husband had a difficult time putting it together! Because the instructions mislabeled parts which did not match the instructions accurately. For example, on the instructions it was written with parts labeled in alphabetical order, yet the actual parts were labeled in numerical order which was confusing.
