Galvalume - new galvanized steel, semi-sheen. No rust or color variation. Antique galvanized - antiqued steel, weathered, flat texture. No rust or color variation. The finish wears with time (can produce white rust with exposure to moisture), will continue to age with exposure, and may scratch (does have normal scratches from manufacturing).

Well my review is mixed. I love the look and I couldn’t find tin backsplash from anywhere else. Everything was faux tin so basically vinyl. These are not aluminum. Some sort of special galvanized so I hope they do not rust. Our problem came when we put a very mild masking tape on the tin to mark our cutting area. As you can see from the picture the paint came off! We were surprised that this would happen considering the cost. Very disappointed. Now I worry how much paint will come off when I clean it. Rust

I bought these to help reduce the wind that we get on our deck. We have them attached to the railings. Last year we had to chase our furniture a few times during our wind storms but not this year. They worked very well as a wind break. They definitely had to be secured well to keep them in place. They look very nice and add to the look of our deck instead of taking away. The privacy screens arrived yesterday and I opened one of the boxes today. There are 3 panels per screen to fasten together, and the legs to attach. Hardware was provided, as were the instructions. Arrived very quickly with no damage during shipping. Excited to get the 5 screens assembled and the oxidation process to begin. I will be using them in my courtyard around the hot tub for privacy.
