The table is solid, heavy, well built, and easy to put together. The color of the top was darker than what I had hoped for but that is a struggle with buying online. The only issue with this table is the leg design if you want to seat 6. Because of the footprint that the table base has, you have to be very specific about where the chairs are placed. if you want to put chairs on the ends, those chairs will not fit well because of the necessary placement of the side chairs. Stunning table, but requires a project to make it safe at least for me! This table looks amazing and the top is much more durable than standard tile. It does feel like tile, but it is not. However, the manufacturer’s support board stops 6 inches short of the edge. This leaves the rim vulnerable to cracking if someone leans on it to stand up. Because of this design flaw, I had to source a massive sheet of 3/4-inch plywood, get it delivered, and have it custom-cut into a perfect 58-inch circle to replace the factory piece. Aside from this installation hassle that can lead to injuries the leg is well-supported and the table is beautiful. Dimensions are spot on, definitely can fit 8, comfortably 6 chairs around..
