This is a wonderful bookcase! I love the multi level shelves. Granted our puppies loved one shelf a bit too much, but I think we can replace the wood. It is sturdy and though anchored, I am still able to get a standard plug between the wall and the shelves.. Kathleen. Tue Oct 20 2026

This compact 31'' bookcase offers a stylish blend of industrial and rustic design, perfect for smaller spaces. Its streamlined iron frame supports three reclaimed wood shelves, offering ample room for books, plants, or decorative items. Plus, the open frame lets it work as a plant stand, letting your plants get maximum sunlight. Perfect in a living room, bedroom, or office.

Nice piece and matches well with other wood pieces in my decor. Instructions were a little complicated and the middle piece with parts H can be tricky - make sure to get it the right direction.. Lydia. Davis, WV. Fri Sep 18 2026

Perfect bookshelf for my nursery-- assembly was easy and instructions were clear. The finish looks more expensive than it is. I love the asymmetrical design. Adds a little something extra to an otherwise boring piece of necessary furniture.. Kirsten. Saratoga Springs, NY. Tue Mar 14 2023

Add a touch of rustic style to your living room or bedroom with this freestanding bookcase, a great way to keep your home a bit more organized. At 31" tall and 32" wide, it's the perfect height to fit under a window. It has a slender black metal frame that supports three shelves crafted from solid pine wood with a warm brown finish, bringing both modern and industrial styles together. These shelves offer lots of space for books, framed photos, and other décor. Bonus: A wall anchor is included for extra safety and stability.

This is a great sturdy and handsome piece of furniture. Made of beautiful hard wood and metal frame. The finish is a little darker than I thought it would be, but still a perfect match for my bedroom, where I use it for my computer, printer and other items. There are adjustable feet at the bottom of the four legs, in case your floor is uneven, etc. This is a really nice piece. Unlike some other folks here who left reviews, mine does not have any strange or strong scent. It smells completely fine and normal. Everything came well packaged, with just the right amount of packing materials. There was a slight (very small) chip on the very bottom of the shelf I used on the bottom. Not from shipping, likely a small defect in manufacturing. They offered me a 15% discount and I accepted. I turned that shelf to face the back and I am satisfied. Follow the simple set-up instructions and you will be all set!. Greg. Dennis Port, MA. Sun Aug 23 2026

The bookcase is well made for the price point and went together very well, even though it took me 1.5-2 hours as I carefully read the well-written instructions at each step. It was actually enjoyable to assemble. It’s not real wood, of course, but it doesn’t look flimsy or low-grade. The anti-tip brackets work well for attaching to the wall. The bookcase has six special legs underneath the lowest shelf that can be twisted to make sure it is setting level on the floor. I would purchase again.. Tamra. Lenexa, KS. Wed May 13 2026

This is pretty good. It chips pretty easily. I dont like the exposed screws on the internal sides, but Ill get matching acrylic pain to cover them. 2 people needed because its got some weak points and needs support while moving.. Annmarie. Essex, MA. Wed Oct 21 2026

This Jocqua 70" H x 47.24" W Etagere Bookcase is not just a "display" shelf. You can use it for actual storage in any place in your room, improving your organization and showcasing your favorite books/trinkets and other decorative accents for your space, a convenient solution to the problem of stacking.

I like the design. For anyone that has books or dvd's it maybe hard for them to prop up alone without support. Only issues is the packers at the warehouse or manufacture packed it with scuffs in the black paint on multiple parts. I tried to hide them toward the back side. I would send it back for a replacement but Wayfair charges for shipping it back to the price of the item. The carriers beat up the package during transit for sure. This will most likely be my last order from Wayfair due to shopping online isn't as expected when you get it in person.. Anonymous. Sun Jul 12 2026
