This table was described as gray and even the box said gray. Upon unpacking, and after assembling, and turning the table upright, it looks more black than gray. However, the quality is great. It took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble solo. It's unfortunate the color it isn't as describe on the website. The auto tilt is amazing as you slowly keep cranking after the umbrella is fully extended, the auto tilt engages and the umbrella will automatically tilt. Once you start cranking in the opposite direction to close the umbrella, the auto tilt disengages and the umbrella stands upright so you can finish closing it.
