Actually really nice. Easy to setup as it says. 1 person can do it. The built-in  fiberglass poles make it very sturdy and well tensioned.  Simple metal stakes are provided. I used one at each corner, but used spiral anchors that I already had to tie down with the included string from two of the eyebolts to help with wind. Havent taken it down so I dont know if its as easy to do that. We have an inflatable spa in ours. The only thing I regret is not buying one with the sidewall panels that attach with Velcro. It has a solid totally  waterproof roof panel, but the screen walls, even though a very fine mesh, of course dont offer much protection from wind or driven rain.
