First time online bed buyer and super happy with my purchase! In the midst of a bedroom remodel. Got king size in natural, arrived next day, no damage, had all parts, didn't take too long for two people to put together - appx 30 min; however, I think the spacers weren't the correct size because we ended up with two slats that weren't accounted for at the end, but we just respaced slightly and it was fine. I really appreciated the velcro for the slats so they don't move around when spacing - someone thought that through! You will also need a drill to screw in the slats. Headboard and footboard are not completely solid, but sturdy and the height is good for us. Also, purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress and it fit perfectly. Great quality and service, but note the color difference!I am very happy with the delivery and assembly service. The team arrived on time, put everything together quickly, cleaned up, and left. They did an amazing job! The bed itself is of good quality and feels very sturdy.However, there is a mismatch with the colors. In the product photos, the wood trim looks like a warm, distinct brown. In reality, it looks much darker, almost a muddy black. It is not exactly what I expected based on the pictures.
