I love the way it look, especially the beautiful color, but it is made somewhat cheap, the pillows don’t line all the way up and when you lean back sometimes there’s a cracking noise from the part where the back attaches to each section.. Migemini. Harper Woods, MI. Tue Jul 28 2026

Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026

I love this sofa so much! I cant find anything negative to say about it. In the past, I had a modular sofa that was soft and low, but this one is high and firm. It comes in three large boxes, all you have to do is cut the plastic and wait a few hours for them to fully expand. They have velcro at the bottom to attach the pieces together, but its so heavy that its not really needed. This sofa feels like excellent quality and is perfect for a family with young children.. It’s super comfy and is just what I needed. But the color is way off compared to product photos. I purchased the Khaki color which looks brownish to dark grey brown mix in photos.
