Feels a little cheap for 600. Dont get me wrong, it has been incredibly well packaged and good instructions, it just feels like they could have done better with the pieces and build (Pieces are most friction fit - apologize to your neighbors in advance for all the hammering youll do). The trim pieces just look a little bit too printed on and not as nice as on the photos (could have at least matched to wood color better). Additionally, there is quite a bit of noise come from the shelves when the cats move up and down. I think that may be unavoidable because of how open the cat bedrooms are. The bottom metal piece is extremely heavy and it is so difficult to screw in the 3 metal bars from the bottom. The screws took forever to get going and were very difficult to screw in. When we used a drill, it snapped the screw in half. There’s no soft surface for the cats either, you have to put something separate on top. Well Packaged! Material is soft. Black sisal rope doesn’t seem to be able to fray like traditional sisal rope. We’ll see how long it takes for the cats to tear it up. Condo walls are ribbed and let a little light through, which is nice. Tower feels solid, well built. Screw in connections are solid as well. Tightening these screws down as much as possible (by hand), helps to ensure nothing wiggles. Retightened everything once it was fully assembled, just to be sure it’s sturdy. Our cat loves to throw herself at off of towers with such ferocity, they have to be stable. This one is definitely that. Pushing screws through the fabric holes 1st, made it a little bit easier to make the connections. We didn’t assemble the top bed, as this would have put our curious kitty a bit too close to her nemesis… The ceiling fan. It’s about 5 feet tall without the top bed.
