This couch is very supportive for someone who has lower back issues and is comfortable. It is amazing that there is a queen-sized pullout bed, which is also very comfortable. Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. Very pretty and well constructed. I love the color and the feel of the fabric. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and overall look and size of the sofa. I am contemplating purchasing the matching loveseat. Delivery was also super easy and pleasant. The delivery guys were friendly and considerate of my property. They wore paper booties over their shoes while coming into the house and then showed me how to pull the sofa bed out and put the bed back into the sofa. Great construction and really good sofa. Feels very comfortable and the fold out bed is also very sturdy. Only downsides would be that it is a really wide sofa with just 2 seats instead of 3 and the fact that the mattress is a little thin to allow to fit into the enclosure. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard.
