I am so freaking happy about the quality of this chair. Online purchases are such a risk, for quality and comfort. But this chair nails it on both. I sink right into it in the best way possible. I was nervous about it looking sloppy too, because some of the review pics made it seem like the slip cover was messy but it's not and it steamed out beautifully. The slipcover itself is made out of good material and it feels really nice but there is some sagging and loose parts that I find frustrating. Unlike the couch, it did not come with straps to help secure it into place. So I ended up using tack on the underside.
