Everything has been Meraviglioso!! The plate sets match my lava stone table that I bought in Italy and had shipped to me! Color was perfect, they feel sturdy. I read a few reviews that said they had some chipping of their plates. I have had stoneware before and I feel these should not easily chip unless of course they are dropped or not handled with care. I got two sets of these dishes and I am very glad I did. They are perfect for outdoor dinner parties. They are unbreakable, sleek, and sturdy.
