I ordered the kingsize pillows and I would say that they're only medium, rather firm as advertised. Packaging can be improved - they come in tightly packed rolls for ease of shipment. However, be very careful when opening the box because there's no protecting cover. I actually slashed through the pillow with my scissors. Wayfair was kind enough to provide replacement. I have been in search of a pillow that has both the comfortable depth (height) and firmness (not too soft and not to stiff), and now that I found myself hot when sleeping, a pillow that doesn’t retail the heat. Cooling pillows seem to take on a particular firmness that isn’t comfortable, so perhaps all along all I needed a breathable pillow.
