The outer covering of the pillow feels cool to the touch at first but gets warm after using it for a little while. The material itself causes a pillowcase to slide and move around . I find that my original coop adjustable pillow is more comfortable because the pillow case stays in place and the outer covering is more comfortable. I do not see any difference in the level of cooling.. I am disappointed in the product. So I had to knock a star off because I really do love these pillows. I love how soft they are. I love how cooling they are. I do love that their memory foam and they have that shredded memory foam but here’s the problem. They have way too much foam so I didn’t get as much of a factory smell as I thought I would have and I’m not gonna put these out in the blazing hundred degree heat sun that we have had so I put it in front of my air purifier because that way it just pulls the smell directly to it and then put clean air back into my Bedroom, but it has way too much foam so I pulled some of it out and put it in the other pillow, so I just use the other one for my feet or something, but I’m not gonna return them. I still love them. Maybe it’ll take me some time to get used to these, but when I do like kind of push it down and kind of adjust it a little bit. They’re actually pretty comfortable on your back or to the side if you’re sleeping that way, they might be a little bit comfortable but like I said it takes some time getting used to these cause I’m not used to these kinds of pillows from my other bamboo pillow that has kind of SHRINK on me and bamboo got flat however, these are pretty cool pillows, but I’m not gonna return these and go through the hassle, but I’m glad that these pillows exist. because they’re way better than the other pillows I’ve had for a while. My daughter absolutely loves this new mattress! We bought it for her dorm. The full-size fits perfectly on the bed frame that is also from Wayfair. The box that the mattress comes in has very simple and very specific instructions on how to open it. One small little cut, and the mattress unrolled itself, and then one more cut, and the mattress filled back up with air and was perfectly full and ready to go in seconds! The mattress is extremely comfortable, not too firm and not too soft, and has a bit of bounce to it when you sit down or roll over. There is no bad smell or anything, the mattress is totally ready for use as soon as you open it! She’s had a few nights to sleep on it now, and is still in love with it! Would highly recommend..
