So far it's a great cutting board. Definitely have to follow the care recommendations for the initial oiling and seasoning for the first week or so. So far so good. No complaints yet. Hefty piece of wood. Very poor packaging for a 600 dollar - literally arrived in a box with no inner padding so some of the outer edges are a bit beat up, hence the 4 stars.
